We all fuck up now and then, some more than others leaving a large part of the population scratching their heads in disbelief as to the frequency for that part of the populace. As of late, one of the things I’ve been focusing on at the gym is my legs, thighs, and well, my ASS! I’ve always been athletic but for those periods I’ve not been at the gym and then find myself in the difficult situation of forcing myself to venture back to the gym, the routine of exercising quickly comes back, being disciplined to do so, the exhilaration of the results and maintenance, and yes thank you muscle memory!
